Poesie und Verfassung – unter Einbeziehung von Drehbüchern aus Filmen

The contribution explores the many perspectives from which an analysis on “law and poetry” should move. Since the “Constitutional State” is animated by different ideas and ideals concerning the basic foundations of coexistence, these should encompass the dynamic elements offered by cultural and artistic sources. In particular, poetry gives expression to the utopian attitudes of the “Constitutional State”, that coincides with its capacity to continuously promote social, legal and cultural change.
