WEBINAR:
‘Transnational Legal Theory and Comparative Law”

On 26 February from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. (CET) diritticomparati and STALS (Sant’Anna Legal Studies, www.stals.santannapisa.it) will organise a webinar entitled ‘Transnational Legal Theory and Comparative Law. The aim of the webinar is to trigger an international debate on the impact of the Italian comparative law scholarship abroad. Marco Goldoni and Mariano Croce will be presenting their Routledge series “Law and Politics: Continental Perspectives” (https://www.routledge.com/Law-and-Politics/book-series/LPCP). Afterwards, Alessandra Di Martino Lars Vinx, Giovanni Marini and Cesare Pinelli will be discussing on the importance of the Italian contribution to the international debate in the field of comparative law.
